Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
What is your returns policy?
If you’re not 100% happy with any of our products, no problem. Sometimes for whatever reason a product is defective, faulty or unfit for purpose or you’re just unhappy .. for whatever reason you may return your order in its original unused and intact packaging to us at your cost. You should ensure that you correctly cover the cost and any tracking as the order is your responsibility until we receive the order back into our fulfilment centre and acknowledge receipt.Please ensure you include a copy of your order in the packaging, mark the outside of the package with your name, order number and the word RETURNS.
What products are non-returnable?
For hygiene reasons we are unable to give refunds on our filled products (duvets, pillows & mattress toppers) unless they prove to be faulty or defective. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you want to cancel your order
If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us by e-mail or telephone. We aim to process all cancellations as soon as we can, however if an order has been processed and dispatched then we cannot accept a cancellation. Any cancellation to be effective must be confirmed by us back to you by email. If the order has already shipped you will need to pay for the return of the goods at your own expense.
How do I return a faulty or defective item?
Please contact us on 0796 766 3286 with full details of the faulty product and we will arrange for the item to be returned and subsequently inspected by a member of our quality control team.
